At the end of 2025, the economic activity in Novi Sad was performed by a total of 10,887 companies, predominantly privately owned. The largest number represented is of micro companies that make up 84.2% of all companies, following small companies with 13.4%, while much smaller number is of the medium-sized companies with 1.9%, while there are only 0.5% large companies, out of all companies.
