The ceremony was organized to mark the finalization of project "Building Capacities of Municipalities Representatives in Vojvodina" on the topic of "Communication and Negotiation with Investors", organized by the Vojvodina Investment Promotion Fund. President of the Government of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, Bojan Pajtić, PhD, Ambassador to Germany His Excellency Wolfram Mass, and Director of Vojvodina Investment Promotion Fund, Branislav Bugarski delivered a speech to the attendees.

"This project trained 140 people, who are now on the level of Western European experts. They are the most successful in their field of work, they are ready to offer logistical support and supply each investor with all the necessary technical prerequisites for starting a company, creating new job opportunities, obtaining state incentives, supporting local self-government and efficiently overcoming all the difficulties they might face" – said President of the Government of Vojvodina Bojan Pajtić, PhD, emphasizing that Vojvodina has 3,500 less unemployed people than in January, as well as that 63,000 families live of their family members working in foreign companies on our territory.

During the ceremony certificates were distributed to representatives of a total of 45 local self-governments in Vojvodina, who in the past two months attended the training for work, communication and negotiation with foreign investors. Organized by the VIP Fund, trainings were held by experts from CEFE Serbia, with financial support from German Organization for International Cooperation (GIZ).
