The subsidy is state aid approved to the private sector employers who employ those registered in the National Employment Agency, in the amount of 200,000.00 RSD per employee.

Priority in the award of subsidy is given to employers who employ persons categorizes as less employable, plus who have been unemployed for more than 12 months, without qualifications or underqualified, those who are up to 30 years of age and those over 50, women, people with disabilities, Romani people, social assistance beneficiaries and single parents.
Public call is open from the date of its publishing on the City of Novi Sad website www.novisad.rs and on the bulletin board of the National Employment Agency – Novi Sad until the funds dedicated to that purpose are spent.
