REPRESENTATIVES OF THE EUROPEAN BANK FOR RECONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT VISIT THE CITY HALL

The Mayor of Novi Sad, Miloš Vučević, received the Director of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for the Western Balkans, Zsuzsanna Hargitai, at the City Hall, who will take over the new position next week, as the EBRD Director for Central Asia. On that occasion, the new official director of the EBRD for the Western Balkans, Matteo Colangeli, came on his first official visit to Novi Sad.

Mayor Miloš Vučević thanked the director Zsuzsanna Hargitai for all the activities and efforts she has invested in cooperation with the City of Novi Sad in the past three years, as well as for the sincere friendship and great energy she brought to all common tasks, wishing her luck in new work endeavors.

He expressed hope that the excellent cooperation with that institution will be continued in the future and wished success in the work of the new director of the EBRD for the Western Balkans, Matteo Colangeli, congratulating him on taking the office.

They discussed the EBRD's cooperation so far with bodies and institutions in the Republic of Serbia, which has been fruitful in all fields and successful - not only at the national, but also at the local level, given that it is specifically in Novi Sad, as a local self-government, realized many projects through the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

Representatives of the EBRD agreed that all planned activities related to Novi Sad will be implemented according to the planned protocol and dynamics, and that the new management will continue the implementation of all projects in accordance with previous good practice.
