Since most road reconstruction works in the area from Car Lazar Boulevard and the Freedom Bridge is over, in the third phase of renovation tartan trim trail is now being laid, as well as curbs and slabs. New bicycle trails will soon be introduced to the Sunny Quay on the remaining section heading to the Navy facilities.

A new fence is currently being set around the Students' Court, where new toilers are being built, too. After the completion of ongoing works on the construction of public lighting system along the entire route, new benches are going to be set up. The reconstruction is planned to be completed in early September.

In addition to reconstruction of the Quay, the City of Novi Sad intensively performs construction and rehabilitation of traffic areas. These activities include revitalization of trails and parking lots on the Mihajlo Pupin Boulevard and paving of footpaths in Šajkaška Street.
