Within the EXCHANGE 4 Programme, through the Local Economic Development Office, the “Public Property Management“ project was approved to the City of Novi Sad. The project partners are the Public Utility Company "Informatics" Novi Sad and the Municipality of Apatin, in cooperation with the City Administration for Urban Planning and Housing of Novi Sad. The project envisages the improvement of professional capacities in the fields of public property rights registry and property management, procurement of IT equipment and software application for property registry, development of the Study on the application of inventory methodology and property management for the City of Novi Sad and organization of the inventory of apartments, residential buildings, business premises and garages in Novi Sad. The total project value is 147,267.43 EUR, out of which the value of the grant is 112,320.87 EUR. The project duration is 12 months and its implementation began on 3^rd February 2014.
