The City Administration for Building Land and Investments in Novi Sad has advertised the sale of the building parcel at 2 Radnicka Street.
The parcel takes up 2,614 m2 and is meant for the construction of a general city center, entailing an office, office-residential, or residential-office facility with the minimum participation of commercial activities of 20%, not counting the garage area.
The initial sales price is close to RSD 600 million.
The sale of the building land is to be carried out through public bidding, which is scheduled for October 21, and applications should be sent by October 20.
