The Commercial Zone North IV is the largest industrial area in the city. It is located on the north-eastern outskirts of Novi Sad, near the city districts of Shanghai, Mali Beograd, Mišin salaš and Veliki rit, covering an area of 896.53 ha.

In the Commercial Zone North IV, Lear Corporation d.o.o. opened a factory for the production of parts and accessories for motor vehicles; Barry Callebaut opened a chocolate factory, which will be a regional centre for supplying the growing market of Southeast Europe; the company BMTS Technology opened a turbocharger factory for cars; The Japanese group Nidec is building a development centre and engine factory for electric vehicles. The company Continental Automotive Serbia also operates in this zone within the framework of the production facilities built by the developer CTP.

The City of Novi Sad has so far made investments in equipping the Commercial Zone North IV in the total amount of over 4.2 billion dinars.

During 2022, the City of Novi Sad completed the activities on the construction of traffic surfaces and accompanying infrastructure in the Commercial Zone North IV in Novi Sad - 1^st phase, worth 201.4 million dinars.
