- The Belarus-Agropanonka tractor factory is an excellent investment move and symbiosis of interests of the two countries. I am pleased by the fact that our joint efforts are producing clearly visible results, the consequence of our joint investments, precise strategy and desire to succeed. More than successful cooperation between Serbia and Belarus, as well as the accomplishments and profit that the factory is making, clearly show that the foundations of that cooperation are laid on strong and stable partner relations nurtured for years. The City’s priority is that people in Novi Sad are being employed and that entrepreneurs are working successfully as the taxes they are paying are affecting the City’s budget. We are very pleased that a year ago Novi Sad and Belarusian city of Gomel started to write their history together by becoming sister cities. Moreover, a year ago an honorary consulate of the Republic of Belarus was opened in Novi Sad, which means a lot to the diplomatic relations of our countries – said Mayor Vučević, expressing satisfaction with the fact that high-level delegation headed by the Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus visited Novi Sad.

Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus Piotr Prokopovich wished success to the Belarus-Agropanonka company and to the citizens of Novi Sad, expressing hope that the company will achieve significant success in tractor production for the Serbian market, the Balkan region, as well as for the EU market.
