A development plan is a long-term development planning document, adopted for a period of at least seven years by the assembly of a local self-government unit. It serves the local self-government to realistically assess and describe the current situation in terms of problems and development opportunities, as well as to determine priority development goals.
Drafting of the City of Novi Sad Development Plan of for the period 2023–2030 was co-financed by the Provincial Secretariat for Regional Development, Interregional Cooperation and Local Self-Government.
