H.E. Mrs. Christine Moro thanked for the reception and stressed that this was her first visit to Novi Sad since she took the Ambassador Office in October this year. Likewise, she said that an additional reason for today’s visit was the tenth anniversary of the French Institute in Serbia Branch located in Novi Sad.

During the meeting, the officials first discussed cultural topics, before moving on to the field of economics, while the Ambassador pointed out that she would use her time in the city to visit the famous Schneider Electric company plant.

During the discussions with the Mayor of Novi Sad, the Ambassador emphasized that she would welcome the proposals for even greater cultural and economic cooperation, while the Mayor expressed his interest for the continuation of the good cultural cooperation and further expansion of economic relations.
